Florida’s medical marijuana pathway is not one of the clinic services listed on Moreno’s public services page above, and it is not an Instant Health Help insurance product. Through our partnership, Instant Health Help can introduce interested adults for a conversation with the clinic about whether a qualified-physician evaluation may be appropriate. Only a Florida qualified physician can examine you, decide whether a qualifying condition applies, and enter a certification in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry. Only OMMU issues the identification card. Confirm any physician on the OMMU qualified physician search before you share medical records.

Plain educational steps (verify on official sites)

See a qualified physician for an initial in-person exam.
If certified, the physician enters you in the MMUR.
Apply for the state identification card at mmuregistry.flhealth.gov. Florida residency proof is required. OMMU’s card fee is commonly $75 – confirm current fee on the official site.
If approved, purchase only from a licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center.
Plan renewals: cards renew annually; physician certifications follow a separate re-evaluation clock under statute.

Beginning July 27, 2026, OMMU has stated card applications need a current or scheduled certification with open orders in the registry. Ask the certifying physician if a certification is active before you apply.
