This policy explains how Instant Health Help (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use https://instanthealthhelp.com/, https://inshh.com/, call (321) 315-0054, email agent@inshh.com, or submit a quote form.
We are a licensed health insurance agency in Central Florida. We are not an insurance carrier and not a government agency.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, ZIP / county, type of coverage you’re asking about, and any message you send.
- Information we need later to compare options (only if you choose to continue): ZIP, household size, income range, doctors, medications. We will ask before we collect that.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited if the site or a form tool records it.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers or Medicare numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To return your quote or question.
- To compare ACA, Medicare, or supplemental options you asked about.
- To contact you by phone, email, or text about that request.
- To keep records required by carriers and regulators.
Who we share it with
- Insurance carriers, if you ask us to quote or enroll.
- Tools that run our forms, email, or phone (they only get what they need to do that job).
- Regulators or law enforcement when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls, emails, and texts
Submitting a form or messaging us is your request to be contacted about insurance. You can opt out of texts/emails anytime by telling us. Call or email agent@inshh.com.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to help you, meet carrier rules, or keep legal records. Then we delete or lock it down.
Your choices
Email agent@inshh.com or call (321) 315-0054 to see, correct, or ask us to delete what we have, unless we have to keep it.
Security
We use ordinary safeguards. No website is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not for children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top is the latest version.
