What we can help with
- Starting a new MyACCESS application, or finishing one you started
- Applying for more than one program at once (Medicaid, SNAP, cash assistance)
- Renewals, and reporting changes like a new job, a move, or a new baby
- Uploading the documents a notice asks for, before the due date
- Reading a DCF letter in plain English or Spanish so you know what is due and when
What only DCF decides
Whether you qualify, which program or category applies, approvals, denials, benefit amounts, and official deadlines are all DCF decisions. No helper can change them. If you disagree with a notice, it should explain how to ask DCF for a review or a fair hearing.
Your account stays yours
You sign in to your own MyACCESS account. We never ask for your MyACCESS password. Keep your own copies of everything you upload.
What to bring to a Kissimmee appointment
- Photo ID and Social Security numbers (or immigration documents) for everyone on the application
- Proof of where you live, like a lease or a utility bill
- Proof of income: recent pay stubs, an employer letter, unemployment, or self-employment records
- Who lives with you, and who needs Medicaid, SNAP, or cash assistance
- Any letter from DCF, especially one with a due date
This is a prep list, not a promise of what DCF will ask for. Every case is different.
If Medicaid ends: Marketplace coverage
Losing Medicaid or CHIP can open a Special Enrollment Period for a Marketplace plan, even outside open enrollment. As a licensed agent, we can help with that part too. See lost Medicaid? Marketplace Special Enrollment and ACA / Obamacare agent in Kissimmee.
On Medicare? Help with Part B costs
